From mold to assembled component.
One roof, one point of accountability.
Injection, extrusion and blow molding; assembly and in-line testing; an in-house mold shop. Under IATF 16949 discipline, since 2010.

One qualified supplier across the whole envelope means fewer audits, fewer POs and one accountable contact.

One chain: from mold to shipment
Every handover between suppliers is a risk transfer. The toolmaker waits on the molder, the molder waits on the assembler, and your timeline absorbs the gaps. We removed the handovers.
04
Shipment
Serial production discipline from two plants. Accountability stays with us until the truck leaves.
One roof over every link. Accountability never changes hands.

04 · ONE ROOF
Mold risk, solved under one roof
Ask any sourcing engineer where plastic programs slip: tool revisions. When the toolmaker and the molder are separate companies, every revision loop means a shipment, a queue and an argument about whose delay it is.
Fragmented supply
The tool sits in one company, the press in another. A revision loop is measured in weeks, and ownership of the delay is negotiable.
One roof
The mold shop is inside the group. Revisions are solved in the corridor, not between suppliers. Mold flow analysis, CMM verification and trial shots run inside one accountability chain.
When the same organization builds the tool, molds the part and measures it, DFM feedback arrives inside the quote, not after the first failed shot.
