Plastic Injection Molding: A Continuous 90-1100 t Range

Clamping force is set by your part's projected area and cavity count. A continuous range from 90 t to 1100 t means one supplier from a 0.5 g connector to a 5 kg housing. Multi-cavity tooling, insert molding and overmolding run within this range, with tonnage headroom for low-flow materials such as glass-filled PA and PC.

03 · LINES

Blow Molding & Extrusion Lines

Blow molding (extrusion blow molding, EBM)

Technical and industrial parts from 1 L to 120 L: jerrycans, tanks, air ducts, hollow technical parts. Materials processed: HDPE, LDPE, PP.

Line count and machine detail: published after verification.

Extrusion

Profile and co-extrusion lines. Rigid body plus integrated soft sealing lip in a single profile; sealing profiles and appliance gaskets are the home ground of this technique.

Line detail: published after verification.

Assembly and secondary operations

Assembly stations, ultrasonic welding, in-line testing. You receive an assembled, tested component, not a loose part.

Station detail: published after verification.

04 · MATERIALS

Material Range

Resin families we process, by name:

  • ABS
  • PC
  • PA6 and PA66 (including glass-filled)
  • PBT
  • POM
  • TPE
  • PS

In blow molding:

  • HDPE
  • LDPE
  • PP

In automotive work the material usually arrives as an OEM specification; our job is to run that grade consistently inside its processing window.

05 · PLANTS

Two Plants

Torbalı, İzmir

The center of our injection, blow molding and extrusion production. Proximity to the Port of İzmir gives export shipments both road and sea flexibility.

Manisa OSB

Located inside Turkey's home appliance manufacturing cluster. Built for large-tonnage injection and assembly operations, close to customer lines and suited to call-off and kanban delivery schedules.

Both plants run under one quality system; capacity and continuity are managed from a single roof.

06 · METROLOGY

Measurement & Test Infrastructure

In-line leak testing, laser dimensional control, ultrasonic welding stations; CMM and 3D scanning on the tooling side (KAMAS). For process detail and the quality system: Quality & Certifications

07 · CAPACITY

We Have Capacity for New Programs

Our machine park is not locked to existing programs; capacity planning is built around taking on new projects. While CEE contract manufacturers fill up, if your part maps to the tables above we are ready to discuss a launch timeline. Whether the mold is to be built new (by KAMAS, our in-house mold shop) or transferred from your current supplier (tool transfer): there is a defined process for both.
