Extrusion profiles

Technical profiles with a constant cross section; cut to the length your specification defines.

Tubes and pipes

Straight and flexible sections for fluid transfer and protection applications.

Co-extruded profiles

Two extruders feed a single die, combining a rigid body and a soft sealing lip in one profile. The separate seal-fitting operation disappears; with no joint line, the sealing path is continuous.

Co-extrusion is the most important word on this page: where a buyer previously combined two materials in two operations, we deliver one part in one operation.

Extrusion is a continuous process: once the cross section is set up correctly, every meter is the same meter. For the buyer this means three things:

Section dimensions are verified by regular sampling against defined tolerances; every batch behaves the same on your assembly line.

Cut length, punching and packaging follow your specification; stock and scrap burden stays on the supplier side.

Co-extrusion pulls secondary steps such as seal fitting and bonding into the process itself. It is the line item that never shows on a price sheet but always shows in total cost.

One Chain of Accountability

Where It Sits in the Chain

Extrusion is not a standalone service here; it is one link in a single chain of accountability. Your injection molded housing (90-1100 t clamping force range), your blow molded tank and your extruded sealing profile are produced under the same roof, then joined through assembly and in-line testing and shipped as a component. Tooling is handled by the in-house mold shop (KAMAS): revisions are managed down the corridor, not between suppliers.

For a buyer with a multi-process part list, the outcome is simple: fewer suppliers, one accountable partner.

Quality Practice

Quality practice on the extrusion line is built on dimensional control: section dimensions are sampled at defined intervals and batches are recorded traceably. Our quality management system, certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, covers all processes including extrusion.
