Built for your industry

The chain is the same in every industry: tool, production, assembly, test. What changes is the proof your industry expects. An automotive buyer asks for the PPAP file, an appliance buyer asks about surface quality and dimensional consistency, a packaging buyer asks about volume and lead time. This page shows which part classes fall inside our capability envelope, industry by industry.

Automotive

What the industry needs

Automotive supply chains do not buy adjectives; they buy audited process. No serial production without PPAP approval, no shipment without traceability, and every extra supplier adds program risk.

Our capability

A quality system audited under IATF 16949 since 2010, running PPAP, APQP, SPC and 8D as daily practice. The 90-1100 t clamping range covers everything from small fasteners to 5 kg housing-class parts. Ultrasonic welding and in-line leak testing mean the chain is built to deliver assembled, tested components, not loose parts.

Typical part classes (generic)

  • Interior trim and air vent components
  • Glass-filled PA brackets and under-hood plastics
  • Connector housings and clips
  • Sensor enclosures
  • Battery box and lid class parts
  • Blow molded clean air ducts and technical reservoirs

Home Appliances

What the industry needs

Surface quality on visible parts, dimensional consistency for automated assembly lines, and unit cost that holds at high volumes. An appliance line cannot stop because of a supplier.

Our capability

Our Manisa OSB plant sits inside one of Turkey's main home appliance manufacturing clusters: short distance, short lead time. ABS and PS processing for visible parts, SPC and laser dimensional checks for consistency. The upper tonnage band covers body-class parts, and co-extrusion capability covers rigid profiles with integrated soft sealing lips.

Typical part classes (generic)

  • Refrigerator interior plastics, shelf and drawer bodies
  • Visible panels and cover parts
  • Washer and dishwasher internal components
  • Co-extruded door gaskets and sealing profiles
  • Blow molded technical appliance parts

Electrical and Electronics

What the industry needs

Small, precise parts with high dimensional stability; engineering polymers processed to specification; reliable metal-to-plastic joints.

Our capability

A press range starting at 90 t and a 0.5 g lower limit put connector and housing class precision parts inside our envelope. PC, PA, PBT and POM processing; insert molding embeds nuts, pins and conductive elements into the part inside the mold. Multi-cavity tooling keeps unit cost down at volume, and the tool itself is designed and built in the group's own mold shop (KAMAS).

Typical part classes (generic)

  • Electricity meter housing and cover class parts
  • Terminal boxes
  • Connector housings
  • Protective caps
  • Traction battery components
  • Metal-plastic hybrid parts via insert molding

Heating and Cooling (HVAC)

What the industry needs

Sealing performance, vibration and heat resistance; verified geometry on air-carrying parts; sealed joints that do not require extra assembly operations.

Our capability

Glass-filled PA and PP processing covers fan body and blade class parts; the wide tonnage park delivers the high clamping force these low-flow materials demand. TPE overmolding integrates the seal into the part and removes a separate gasket operation. In-line leak testing means air and fluid carrying parts are verified before shipment.

Typical part classes (generic)

  • Fan bodies and air-guiding components
  • Blow molded or injection molded air ducts
  • Drainage components
  • Parts with integrated TPE seals
  • Extruded pipes and profiles

Food and Personal Care Packaging

What the industry needs

Volume, lead time and consistency: color, weight and closure tolerance must not drift batch to batch. A filling line does not tolerate supplier-driven downtime.

Our capability

Extrusion blow molding from 1 L to 120 L in HDPE, LDPE and PP. Value-added operations on the blow molding line: logo printing, transparent level indicator strips, leak testing and cap supply. On the closure side, multi-cavity injection tooling handles caps and closures at volume; because the tool is built in-house, commissioning and revisions stay under one accountability.

Typical part classes (generic)

  • Bottles and containers from 1 L upward
  • Caps and closures
  • Handling and secondary packaging parts for filling lines

Chemicals and Cosmetics

What the industry needs

Chemically resistant, leak-proof containers with verified handling and stacking strength; on the cosmetics side, closures with tight color and surface consistency.

Our capability

HDPE's chemical resistance and extrusion blow molding up to 120 L cover jerrycan and drum-adjacent container classes for industrial fluids. Every shipment is backed by in-line leak testing; level indicators and logo printing are available on request. For cosmetics, cap, pump and valve component class precision parts are the territory of multi-cavity injection tooling, with color and surface consistency monitored through SPC.

Typical part classes (generic)

  • Bottles and containers for agriculture, pharmaceutical and paint industries
  • Jerrycan class containers
  • Caps and closures
  • Pump and valve component class precision parts

Whatever your industry, the process is the same
