03 · HISTORY

The Same Discipline, Under Its Present Name

Our automotive quality system was first certified in 2010 under ISO/TS 16949, the standard of that era. In 2016 it was superseded by IATF 16949, with the industry-wide transition completed in 2018. Our current certificate is IATF 16949: the present name of the same discipline, audited without interruption since 2010.

04 · PROCESS

The Quality Process: From Launch to Serial Production

IATF 16949 is not a wall certificate; it is a way of working. The scope of the standard requires the tools below and tests them at every audit. Your project passes through this chain:

Launch under APQP

Quality is planned before the mold is cut: manufacturability review, control plan, process FMEA. Issues are caught at the design stage, not in serial production.

Sample approval via PPAP / ISIR

First-off parts are fully dimensioned and reported (ISIR); on automotive programs a PPAP package with dimensional report, material certificates and samples goes to the customer for approval. No serial production without sign-off.

Serial production monitored with SPC

Critical dimensions are tracked with statistical process control. Quality rests on the process itself, not piece-by-piece inspection; we do not promise "zero defects", we show a process under control.

Root cause with 8D

When a nonconformance occurs it is handled through a structured 8D process: containment, root cause, permanent correction, read-across. The issue is closed and does not repeat.

05 · IN-LINE TESTING

In-Line Test Infrastructure

Leak testing

Parts that carry fluid or air, or protect electronics, are tested in-line. The risk of field warranty returns and assembly line stoppage is resolved at the supplier: here.

Laser dimensional control

Non-contact, operator-independent verification of critical dimensions. Your incoming inspection load drops; measurement data is reportable.

Ultrasonic welding

Repeatable joining without adhesives or fasteners; the standard method for sensor housings and enclosures. Welded parts then pass leak testing.

The sum: what we ship is not a loose part but an assembled, tested component.

06 · TRACEABILITY

Batch Traceability

Overseas buyers voice two hesitations about sourcing from Turkey: batch-to-batch consistency and communication. We answer both by name.

Consistency

Every batch is traceable from raw material lot to shipment; material certificates (CoA) are matched to the batch record. Batch-to-batch consistency is demonstrated with SPC data, not with words.

Communication

Your technical questions go to the engineer running your project, not to a sales inbox. Technical correspondence in English is our standard way of working.
