Why assembled delivery?

In contract manufacturing, the quote is written per part; the real cost sits in the lines the quote never shows: incoming inspection, buffer stock, assembly labor, coordinating a second and third supplier, and the risk of a mismatched part stopping your line. When assembly and testing are integrated into our production line, all of those items are resolved on the supplier side, meaning ours. You hand over responsibility, not just a part; what you receive is counted, joined, tested and traceable.

In-line quality

Testing is a station, not a final gate

Testing and measurement are not an inspection desk bolted onto the end of our process; they are stations built into the line. Leak testing and laser inspection run inside the serial production flow; the process is monitored with SPC, and results are recorded with batch-level traceability. On automotive programs this is the continuation of a PPAP-approved process: what was approved is what ships. We do not promise absolutes; we promise an auditable process: SPC, target Cpk values, 8D discipline when something deviates.

Assembly is the final production link in the single accountability chain: tooling (in-house mold shop KAMAS) → injection, extrusion or blow molding → assembly and in-line testing → shipment. Because the parts are molded under the same roof, the assembly station receives parts with known tolerances and full traceability; when something is off, the fix is found down the corridor, not between suppliers.
