For more than a quarter century, Nas Plastik has manufactured plastic components near Izmir. We are built around one idea: you should hand over responsibility, not just a part. Quality has been run under IATF 16949 discipline since 2010.
From a single workshop to an integrated manufacturing group
1996
KAMAS Kalıp
Mold design and toolmaking are brought in-house. The first link of today's accountability chain.
1997
Nas Plastik
Nas Plastik is founded for injection and blow molding production. The chain from tool to serial part is complete.
2010
Quality system
ISO 9001 and automotive quality discipline; processes audited under IATF 16949.

Two plants, five processes
Injection, extrusion, blow molding, assembly and an in-house mold shop run as one chain across Torbalı and Manisa OSB.
Two companies, one accountability chain
Nas Plastik and KAMAS Kalıp are two links of the same group. KAMAS designs and builds the tool: CAD-CAM, mold flow analysis, CMM measurement, 3D laser scanning. Nas Plastik runs serial production, assembly and in-line testing on that same tool. When a tool revision is needed, it is resolved inside the group, not negotiated between suppliers. The riskiest item on your project timeline, the mold, never leaves the chain of responsibility.
Two plants, two clusters
Torbalı, Izmir
Injection, blow molding and assembly. Close to the Port of Izmir; a logistics advantage for export shipments, 3-5 days by road to the EU border under zero customs duty.
Manisa OSB
Inside one of Turkey's main home appliance manufacturing clusters, serving appliance supply chains at short distance and short lead time.
